Avon-Ōtākaro Forest Park group has permission to maintain 10 sites of significant indigenous vegetation within the red zone, plus two Christchurch City Council parks. Regular working bees are happening at these sites. They include planting of native species, removal of invasive species, watering and maintenance.

Help our forest become a reality and volunteer to do your bit for the community today.

Avon-Ōtākaro Forest Park loves corporate groups. If you are an organisation wishing to organise a working bee day.
